Clearly the moose was psychologically troubled.  Probably struggling with emotional scars from an encounter with an unnamed member of the DMF society, leading to these suicidal actions.

Speaking of the famous Moose Humper, I think you should arrange to have him do a long term test of the Scion. If it survives him, the bragging rights alone will double your sales.

I am not a fan of most Japanese "branded" cars. The reason I say branded that way is most are now made in the United States, which is great since it creates thousands of manufacturing jobs.

I especially don't like Honda's. They are probably the most boring car made. Their styling is not unique and very bland. They do have solid reliability, but so do many other brands. I also think they are overpriced for what you get. If I am spending almost 30k on a car, I want a bit more than a boring ass accord, you know?

Sure.

Just like nearly every other manufacturer lately.

It's part of the business.

Recalls make cars safer.

Not a bad thing, IMHO.

Styling for the most part. The accord's are just boring for the price.

I'd rather pick up a used BMW or something.

With all due respect, Randimus, it appears Swedish Moose failed the GT86 test... who is in charge of moose Quality Control over there? The moose didn't try to avoid the GT86 at all. He just stood there with his dumb moose face... and the crumple zones are all wrong on him. I was always taught that the Swedes had my safety in mind whenever they built anything. I will be taking my moose funds elsewhere if this is the quality I can expect from the Swedes....shameful.

Breaking news:

The Swedes just announced a recall on the Moose.

As many in the auto industry will probably agree, designing, building and marketing a defective Moose is merely an opportunity for a recall.

Recalls make Mooses safer  ;)

I look for the "Made in USA" sticker now... (although the sticker is in a place only Travis dares venture.)

Pip said to look for the sticker on the moose, in a special spot on it.

Ironically, in tree-hugging friendly Boulder, CO, the trees took revenge on not one, but two Prii a few years back.

Cant blame Toyota for that one.

I understand that the manufacturer of the aftermarket roof-rack has since recalled that particular accessory in order to amend the load rating advisory label.

Recalls.  Making the world safer one rectified make the beast with two backs-up at a time [thumbsup].
