For the gift exchange we can do something like what we have done in years past.  If you want to partake, bring a moto or auto related under $20 (gently used is ok).  We will draw numbers and just go down the list; when you number comes up you can either pick from the un-opened gifts or steal one that has already been opened.  We will figure out how many times a gift can be stolen the night of the party.

I'll be there, I have a moto-related gift, and I'll bring a dessert (probably bread pudding) and some Sam Adams Cherry Wheat beer (to complement the ham).

So, this is less than a week out and I have to do the first trip to the grocery store soon...
