I think the new bodywork works a lot better with the new lights.  And I like how everyone is finally moving to the Buell style cans now... always seemed like a good idea that not enough people capitalized on.

not digging the head-light.  like the old style (round).  same goes for the duc's, i still prefer the old style.
620M 2004 Dark i.e.; ~ 57K miles (all me);  Looking to swap out engine now.
Triumph Speed Triple 2006 (now ~ 44K miles bought @ 4K miles on 04/2010)

looks like they slapped on some headlights left over from a Suzuki TLR

Looks terrible, and it's not just the headlights and the stupid hat fairing.  The whole thing looks like a hot mess. It's a shame because it is a great bike other than the looks.

The Monster has classic beautiful curves.  but the whole industry is going with a more angular look.  It all goes around in circles.

I saw a streetfighter on the road yesterday and it didn't look as bad as I thought it would.

Without a doubt!  I loved the dual-round headlights.  These new ones are just plain weird.

I didn't like the new headlights initially, but they are growing on me (this could be due to the fact I have a '12 R on order  ;)).

I didnt like the sf in pics either, but seeing it in person is totally different.  It looks kind of big and too sharp in pics, but that all goes away in the flesh.. a lot more wasplike and lean.

I agree with you about the sf. It does look better in person. But it doesn't look bad in pics either. It just looks very angular and pointy in the headlight area in the pics and less so in the flesh.

The Street Triple on the other hand looks terrible in pic and in the flesh.

That exhaust is the worst under belly I've seen yet...

[thumbsdown] Hideous! The styling of all new Triumphs since 2005 leaves me cold. The last good looking Triumph was the 2004 Thunderbird Sport IMHO.

It be teh suxor.

Not good.  Lots of random elements floating out in space.  Headlight looks like it belongs on another bike.

maybe it rides fantastic (and I hope it does), since looks aren't gonna generate sales numbers.
