He may be best remembered for Col Potter, but my favorite role of his was Maj Pott in "What Did YOu Do In The War Daddy".

A great actor, and from what I have heard about him, a really fine fellow.  Thanks for the memories Harry!  RIP

yes Dragnet...and he was indeed old looking even back then....another living fixture on the landscape is no longer
