Is there a scheduled time and place for the masses, is the timeframe too tight ... does anybody have a plan they care to share?

Mid week is a good idea. Tue or Wed (but not Thu) works or potentially Fri. MEL for WSBK Sat-Sun, then back in SYD Mon.

What's the best place? Bar Italia? Or have you found someplace better?

Thursday night is Bar Italia night 

I'm pretty flexible so if anyone would like to pipe up and make a sugestion I'll go with that.

I'm arranging for the ST to be at Iain's place this thursday, if that doesnt work then some time on the weekend, either way the bike will be at your disposal.

Thanks mate. I'll be picking up a local number when I get there. We're staying with Big so you know where to find us. And I'm keen to actually make it up Mac Pass this time
