self-service car wash?

hi MOB,

...just introduced myself to the forum and hope to get to know some bay area riders.  i'm new to The Bay and was wondering if anyone knew where there's a self-service car wash where i can clean up my duc.  i live in foster city.

you got it labbedds, i'm just lookin for a place to wash my bike as my apt. complex doesn't permit washing your own car/bike on property.

yeah but stay away from the pressure hose I hear it can really fark up your engine and the electricals.

yeah, it's certainly not ideal.  i might have to stand 10 feet away to spray her down!

It can be done if your careful. Its not near Foster city, but if you find yourself going to Hattar for parts or service there is this carwash just three blocks away on Vivian St....
