They are not 250cc, they are 175cc bikes.  That is a dual cam head single.

That's the front of a factory souvenir postcard.  Here is the back:

They are sitting on their racing bikes, the numbers are listed (1 Assoluto means 1st place, etc)

WOW!  Massive air cooling then. Pretty serious stuff I say.
No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

These are from a shop in Brooklyn named Moto Borgotaro.

I like the headlight.  It looks like a Monster headlight.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I liked that one too.  I should have known since they are the only ones I've ever seen do the black wheels on a Lemans I.

A few more from Moto Borgotaro.  Guzzi's first retro styled bike the 1000s from the early nineties.

I wonder if this gold is a stock color.  Either way it is my new favorite for a Laverda.

[thumbsup] Metallic gold was a stock colour for the 750 SF2. I agree it does look good! I do miss mine.
