Just finished installing Dr Desmo's Quiet Clutch and can report that it is a quality clutch package.  The clutch is much smoother with very good take up and obviously as the name implies MUCH quieter.   I was not as concerned with the noise but rather the cause of the noise which as you all know is due mostly to the friction plate tangs banging against the basket...more as the clutch wears.  This new setup has tangs that are much tighter toleranced to the basket which will keep noise down and prolong wear.  John (the Doctor himself) was also very responsive to my emails and patient during our phone conversations.  He even included a set of new stock PP Springs.  I also have a set of his bar risers.  If you have need for such parts and want to support a class operation...give him a call.  He can be found at www.drdesmo.com
