Just curious - is it possible to discuss the ATF in the "Gun Stuff" thread without crossing the line into politics?

Backstory - the Will Hayden FFL story jogged my memory... one of the first zoning hearings I ever participated in involved a couple that conducted FFL transfers from their residence.  They recently made the news for alleged transgressions.

I'd appreciate the perspective of this thread's participants whom are knowledgable in these matters as it's relevant to my profession, but I'll refrain from posting the link if it will only drag the discussion off topic.

Rookie mistake. I was just trying to be informative of the current situation with RJF and their operations. I do see how this is boarderline crossing politics and since I got a yellow card, I won't discuss anymore.

I appreciate the heads up.

Ok, back on topic then.
I found a great shop in my area that took the trade. I got my S&W M&P 15-22! This will be a fun rifle. Ill get pics up ASAP. I still need to break it down and go over the rifle. After that I will clean it and make any changes that it may need and I will get it out on the range/ woods near my house.
the plan is to outfit this with minimal furniture. Keep it light and fun.
