Can we keep this thread for showing off guns instead of chatter?

I had it happen ONCE on a Kimel AP9:


The plastic receiver exploded.  I can't explain what happened at all, it was so fast.  The gun was a POS that I bought at a show for $150 and two coins, so it was a toy.  No injury fortunately, the shattered receiver took all the blast.  Blew the mag out the bottom.  I may have the pieces somewhere.

I had a 45ACP round do this to me. I was shooting a rented Beretta Cougar. It was a FTF. I set the gun down facing down range for a good two mins. I went and got the range master and let him know of the FTF. He said clear it after one min. As I was racking the slide; BOOM! Slow cooker. I did not get hurt. It scared us all!
Same gun did the same thing twice more, only the round went off as I picked the gun up to clear it. I returned the gun and got all of my money back.

Got a new inside the belt holster for my subcompact 3" S&W 1911 Pro Series.

It fits SO much better than my old one. The only thing I don't like is the fact I can't carry an extra mag.

Any ideas?
