I put the Sargent seat on my '06 M620 4 years ago and I can't say enough
great things about it. It looks brand new, and I put about 7k miles on it per season.

I bought a Sargent seat for my '09 fz6 as well. I did have a small issue with the
foam after about 2 months. All I did was call them and they said "send it
back, we'll make it right". No questions asked. I sent it back and they remade the
seat for me, free of charge. FREE OF CHARGE. I got the replacement seat in about
10 days. They actually answer their phones and spend time with you. They want
you to be happy with their product. I believe they have a great product and they're
worth every penny.

Maybe it's just me, but what happens when it rains? Looks like that area witll hold water. That can't be good for the seat...

something I hadn't thought of. I'll keep an eye on this.
there does appear to be a doubling up of upholstery material, and i am sure the seat is waterproof. but i definitely won't let water sit in there if it DOES get rained on.

should have a nice ball-cooling effect during hot summer rain :D
hopefully it doesn't fill up with sweat.

now that you mention it, should be a nice overflow area for all those times i shit myself from almost crashing.
