Just finished putting on the new Woodcraft clip ons with a 3" rise. The only issue I encountered is the coffin reservoirs hitting on the clip on mount. To remedy it I used a lot of electrical tape for padding to space it out. I am going to order this spacer kit: http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/ADAP/Bar-Acc/ADAP.html and that should hopefully fix it. The new position has me feeling more in control of the bike, especially in the corners. Although it just clamps on the forks, you still have to remove just about everything upfront. Was easily done in a day with help from a friend. Thanks to monsterparts for the speedy shipping.

Looks great!  I really want to install some clip ons as well.  Any plans for the top triple?

Looking good!  One thing you may find with the monsterparts spacers is that the reach to the levers might be a little long.

How is the comfort level compared to the stock bars?

Start collecting cans and returning them so I can save up for a new one.

A lot more aggressive, more up on the bars and forward. Havent gone on long rides to test comfort yet.

Yeah I've been sitting on a set of CycleCat Clipons  [thumbsup] for a while now. I got a Rizoma handlebar on there that I love. I really like the look of the clipons but like other folks I worry I'll go to all the trouble and not like the feel for comfort on longer rides.  [Dolph] I know I'm going to do it eventually otherwise I would've sold the clipons by now.

My thoughts also, the clipons just clean up that top triple. No pain no gain.

So... you need chewing tobacco (dip) to install the clip-ons?   ;D
