I'm going to leave the motor alone.  I will get an exhaust -- possibly the termi system that unlocks shit in the ECU.  I may run race gas if I can figure out how to map it....  That's it for motor.

Make sure you save down the cases right around the crank to save weight.     If you can get 'em down to 2-3mm thickness, you're golden.  When you're done, you should be able to fold 'em like tin foil.  Then you know you've got a winning bike. 

And let's not forget to route the front brake line under the fender.

Yeah... sticking with the stock fender for right now...
