The motorcycle movie: "On Any Sunday".  Need motivation to ride -- you will ride after watching this.

"Papillon" -- McQueen's best -- I've seen it 50+ times

"Raging Bull" -- great movie -- Scorcese's best ever

"Blade Runner" -- how many times have you seen it?

Le Pirate

Caccia alla volpe (1966)....it was called "After the fox" for the american release

-Peter Sellers plays the worlds greatest criminal, who tricks an entire town in italy into thinking they are making a movie so that he can steal a boat full of gold. It's a genious movie

and

Hous of Luk

-I'm not really sure why I like this movie so much...but I do. Pat Morita (from the karate kid) is the owner of a chinese restraunt. The movie follows the screwed up lives of 3 people who are regulars there. I watch it about 3 times a year...for no good reason

Smiling End

Last weekend I watched the 1994 Fantastic Four movie.  Oh man, what a gem!!!  I'm pretty sure the Thing's costume was a painted over teenage mutant ninja turtle costume.  For those of you that don't know the actors didn't know this movie was being made just so the studio could retain the rights and was never going to be released so they took it seriously.  It's a travesty.

No westerns, sorry.

There must be about 197 movies in my All Time Top Ten, but my all time favourite unknown, unappreciated, or forgotten movie is:

Terry Gilliam's "Brazil".

I love the quirkiness of it.

And the cast is a fabulous, if disparate group:
Jonathan Pryce
Michael Palin
Bob Hoskins
Ian Holm
Robert De Niro (the best airconditioning mechanic ever portrayed  [laugh]).

It's like I keep saying:  Those who would sacrifice a free range session for a giant beer, deserve neither free range time nor a giant beer.

Don't forget Terry Gilliam's "Tideland", a seriously underrated film (IMO).....
