Slide Panda

They aren't that hard to get off. Heat from a hair dryer and plastic scraper will do the job quickly. Or heat + just twisting/rocking will work after a while. Some other discussions tell that goo-gone works well too, be needs to be done in a couple stages as initially you only hit the outer most edge and it doesn't spread.
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

Le Pirate

Has anyone tried sliding one on a cord/cable?

I think they call them "sky dollies" or something like that. I'm not a videographer  [laugh]

My thoughts are that it would essentially be a go pro on a zip line. Route some para cord through a mount, clip one end somewhere, and then let the camera slide down it to get some moving arial shots.

I was thinking of trying this to get a cool aerial shot of our camp sight on an up coming backpacking trip.

Hello all , I haven't posted here in a long time as I spend most of my time over on B.A.R.F. and M.S.
But I would like to share this with you.
Working Prototype Gyro Cam Mount
After seeing what others have been trying and making. I began to look at other products, or I should say search for specific products. Light weight is not the main concern, but fabricating a product small ( still trying) and tough to handle Motorsports, mainly motorcycles. It must have multiple mounting points and handle a GoPro with the battery bac-pack. The GoPro mount was one of the first things that I was concerned about but it might be an option latter. The next goal is to try it out on the road this weekend along with thinking about a smaller mount.
