Some people have a hard time making it to work on Mondays.
I found it necsessary to document all their "sick" days on a calender before confronting them and showing them.
That seemed to have more impact.
The no show was just a late start.

He came in a bit late as when the one that called in well called him, he realized the plan for the day was blown out of the water.

I'm not gonna get too upset because it isn't a regular occurrence.

What got me was we had talked about today, he asked for the day off, and I had asked that he work a half day.

It will all work out. The next advance he asks for won't happen. ;) [evil]

I hate buying tires.  160/60 tires aren't common in the package deals.  I would like Angels, but they're crazy expensive compared to the ContiMotions & Diablos.  I guess I'll just have to hunt around.

Either really, but I'm hoping to stay close to $200.  Money is tight and I've gotta order belts too for my 36,000 mile service.

Nice vid!!!!
