Easy, abide by their laws, don't be late and then, don't leave late!!! do what they pay you to!

I did something like that when I worked in the US a few years back, it worked, either allow flexibility for things I cannot control, like some idiot running out of gas on the highway or a heavy thunderstorm and everybody forgets how to drive in the rain . . . I'll make up for those minutes, but don't ask me to stay hours after work and receive nothing in return .. .. They started paying for OT

My wife and I spend the past Saturday out on the lake with a couple friends who had a pair of nice jet skis.  We're considering getting one or two.  Preferably two.  Partial downside is I'm going to sell the Z to do it.  I can't do the body & chassis work it needs, and can't do a full motor rebuild, which it may need in the next year or two.  I can get more than what I paid for it, and plenty to buy at least one ski with, possible two if I'm careful.

They are a blast especially if you have 2 and can chase/ race each other around.  Only downside I've seen w/ them is people that spend a lot of money on them then don't use them enough

The good news is there are 4 lakes within an hours drive, and a 5th lake just a tiny bit further away!

I get paid based on 40hrs
work a bunch more than that but......
basically do whatever I want, whenever I want as long as projects are done in time and customers are happy
I create most of my own problems because I actually care and don't ignore things that I could leave for someone else
