Hey guys,

Just received my new DP short tail kit. but it came with no instructions manual.
Can anyone help me on how to install them?

The DP version of this comes drilled for turn signals, yes?
I suggest reusing the metal plates that sits behind the plastic on your stock beer tray.

You use the stock license plate light and mount it on the rear end of one of the aluminum plates.

Not exactly intuitive, but both metal plates are mounted under the frame (at least that's how I had to do it)

If there are two metal rods/bars - they are supposed to stiffen the frame/plate connection. I never used them.

Why didn't they start out with these.......?? Looks a lot better than the beer tray(well anything does....).

Who sells this kit? No chop required?

My kit is from MonsterParts http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/010EDM/C-S2R-S4R/010EDM.html

Carbon fiber, no chop, not painted red, not drilled for turn signals, can use any turn signals or no signals.
If you want to use the stock turn signals - the metal support plate from behind the stock beer tray plastic can be used as a template.
