Yup, finalized just in the last few days.  New owner seems nice though I didn't speak to him much, I was in a rush today.

I'm on a plane now. I am hoping i can go to Seattle and meet up with Mary then come south through pdx. If out doesn't work out then I'll be in pdx tomorrow most likely.
