I agree, S4R.  Possibly BCR bodywork, wonder how it looks from the side, I bet the tank looks awkward against the frame.

These two are from my dealers showroom.  Not really sure models etc.  I think he told me the Ducati is from the early 70's and the MV Agusta is from the 50's.  The Ducati was originally purchased in Germany and apparently the manual is in German.  Sorry the pictures aren't great but there wasn't much room to get good pictures and it was my phone.
