About the goat...
His name was Bob, but the family called him BeelzeBob.
make the beast with two backs goats.

The exhaust can is hideous on those; other than that, it's a great road bike.  It is long, and heavy, but motors along inexorably.  Compared to the Monster, it's a bit less like flying a light airplane, and a bit more like driving a steam railroad engine.  It feels heavy and solid, it gathers speed rather than leaps, yet it corners precisely and you can make really good time on it.  I remember road testing it's predecessor back in the late '90's, the Centauro, and being similarly impressed.

No, but I'm building a ramp for it in the back yard.

Is an aftermarket exhaust plug & play or do you need ECU/PC?

Other than that, it's hot - they have done a great styling job on it! Is it Italian maybe?  ;D
Just got back from a ride with my buddy.  He rides a S2R1000 with Termi's.  We traded bikes for most of the ride.  I definitely feel that this Griso needs an aftermarket pipe.  I'm not positive, but I think I remember reading that the official Moto Guzzi/Termi pipe for this bike did not require any ECU changes.  I'll look into it soon. Also, Mistral makes a sweet looking pipe for the Griso that looks similar to the Sil Moto conical pipes on my Monster.

+1

Quote from: Travman on July 16, 2012, 09:07:15 AMThe Griso SE took that love up to another level. I love the  brown seat with the green paint.  Love the black spokes wheels. Love the way the engine pokes out from the muscular bodywork.
+1 more

I really like that Zard pipe.

Take a listen to this Termi pipe on a Griso.   [thumbsup]

I'm assuming you know about Guzzitech?

http://forum.guzzitech.com/forum.html

Todd (GT-Rx) can get pretty much anything you'll need for the Griso, and has quite a few options for the fueling. My Griso ('07) had an Agostini pipe...sounded fantastic, but could have used some fueling adjustments. IMO, the Zard is the best looking solution...especially with the Guzzitech mid-pipe (Todd is also a Zard dealer). Pretty much any pipe will make it sound good though.

I vote Termi, and I am not a termi fan boy normally, but I really liked the smooth sound that particular pipe/engine combo produce.....subtle, refined, badass!
M-ROCin' it!!!

Thanks Kev.  The fact that you are going for it and getting one of the new V7 Stones without having seeing it in person got me thinking I could do the same.
