Massimo Bordi:
What motorcycle do you despise? I don’t despise any motorcycles, but there are a few projects that were delusionalâ€"such as the Ducati 500 parallel twin. Or the Aprilia Moto (below), which in my opinion was a crude copy of the Monster created by a designer who doesn’t understand the difference between a motorcycle and a filing cabinet.

Electric motorcycles: Yes or No? The only serious application for a car or motorcycle is the hybrid drive. Other than taxis, buses or other forms of city transport, I don’t see electric vehicles as an alternative.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

i agree.  the Aprilia "Moto" is not so awesome.    Its seems to be half-scooter in appearance (except for the seat configuration obviously)

Al had a nice get-together last Sunday (about 50 bikes, plus some Ferraris), the little Agusta was there and was actually running a little. It has about 40 thousand kms in it if I remember correctly.

I wanted to make it to the even but I was out of town.  Sounds like it was a success though! [thumbsup]

Well, since it's obviously TMI Time here at the DMF, I always thought skunk smell in the air smelled good.

You will be the only one on the block, or street, or city/town, or state, or country to have one! [thumbsup] [drool]

i like the moto too, esp the flowing lines around it.  it's a very interesting styling exercise, as motorcycles designed by people who aren't motorcycle designers often are.

I think it looks like a seahorse.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

For seahorses.
