I'm not a fan of their anodizing quality or grade of aluminum, or their price for certain items.

Ordered a pair of black anodized reservoir caps and to be honest they were a bit brownish instead of black. Sent them an email informing them of my dissatisfaction with the color. They asked for pics. I sent pics and they promptly sent me replacements for free that were perfect. Might not be the best aluminum or anodizing but for the price I'm satisfied with the product and the way they handled my problem.

I just got an intergrated tail light from them. Haven't hooked it yet but it looks good to me.
