I rode my bike home from uni the other day and it felt very sluggish. It just wouldnt stay on. I got it home but I had the accelerator on the whole ride home. It was running much better by that time.

Im just not sure what it was. The battery light was on so I thought maybe it simply needed a bit of a charge.

I started it up today, it was still sluggish but the battery light wasn't on. What could the problem be? I let it run for a few minutes and turned it off. Im thinking the carbies need a tune or something. Has anyone else experienced this?
by the way its a 96 m600
THank you

called QBE for $458 greenslip

paid rego online all good to go

except for the crap weather , getting blown away atm
i dont care if you have been a mechanic for 10 years doing something for a long time does not make you good at it, take my gf for an example shes been walking for 28 years and still manages to fall over all the time.

Broke out the hacksaw and dremel and took to a perfectly good bike and set of termi's.....

Lowered the headlight and gauges, chopped the tail and took 3 .5 inches off the pipes.

Its so frustrating! It was running great but I just wanted a mechanic to have a good look over it. Now just after I put it up for sale its running like a dog.

Apparently one of my floats is over flowing. The mechanic adjusted the pilot screws to compensate for the over flowing. I'm a bit reluctant to go back to the mechanic as he was pretty expensive. I want to give the carby a good clean. Do I need a carby kit for this that has new gaskets etc.

I just emailed Jeff from Monster Parts to see if he sells carby kits but I hoping theres a place in Sydney I can pick one up from?

Finally back on the road  - one muffler, a few finishing touches required before Teff
has a chance to point them out

Ah, Brian mind if I borrow one exhaust bracket [thumbsup]. As for the Shih Tzus, wave a chicken neck  [bow_down] & they wont care what I do

Like a Thief in the Night[/b]

This item as shown below was stolen from my garage while I was at work. Even the Shih Tzus were oblivious to his intentions....... [evil]

Fitted up CF exhaust hanger from Monsterparts... Also have a pair of CF side cover pods to fit, just need to tweek them slightly for the ventura rack :D

Yeap! Quite nicely built too! Pretty damn impressed  [thumbsup]

Seemed the obvious solution to my problem, which was the cans didn't come with brackets, LV wanted ~$100p.p. from the US for the stock brackets which hung off the footpegs.. This is far better/cleaner/etc  ;D
