i confess that i was worried about the location of the bear on Sunday....so as soon as i was sure it was still in Peggy's truck, i hit the road.

i figure the care of the bear was shifted several times before everyone left. perhaps..

a) Peggy wimped out putting the bear back in TiNi's glove box, opting for the easier trunk

b) Peggy did the deed, but was caught during/after the fact, and someone put it in the trunk

3) Mike was watching his glove box like a hawk and simply paid it forward after Peggy re installed the cabin bear filter

regardless, Care Bear couldn't have gone home with nicer folks [thumbsup]

b is pretty close:

'Tini saw that Peggy was onto her deceit so she moved the wretched little beastie to the cooler in Peggy's truck, where it was of course found.  Peggy then got caught stashing it in 'Tini's cooler.  At that point the only folks who weren't guarding their shit were Alfisti and Cowboy Barbie, so into their trunk it went.  Tini and Peggy watched in amazement as Alfisti  actually stuffed the bagged stuffie deeper into his own trunk and somehow didn't set off the Care Bear sound affect.  One 18 point turn out of the driveway and it was on it's way to NY.

Agreed that nicer guardians couldn't be found, and I'm betting that Care Bear is sporting a tie-dye camo collar when he's found next

the troublemakers around there (bears, fishers and racoons) can't drive

also, would you steal a car from the home of a man with such a dangerous mustache?
