I had to throw out my previous home made NY Giants motorcycle helmet since i crashed in it, and im going to make another, but i need a NY decal that is rounded enough to get on the helmet without crimpling. anyone know where i can get one custom made or if anyone sells them?

might have to stencil it and air brush it on.

First, hope the crash was minor and the helmet was the only casualty.

Second, I wanted to put an 80's DUCATI logo on the top of my helmet so I found a lady on esty.com that makes custom outdoor vinyl and sent her a medium-res ducati logo.  She quoted me something like $3-4 so I ordered a few copies.  It's 8" and wraps around the top of the helmet nicely.

I assume you're talking about the "N-Y" logo, which would have some wrapping issues, but from my experience the outdoor car vinyl is meant to stretch/compress to adjust to underlying form and after a day or two in the sun any small wrinkles/bubbles smooth out.

Anyway, it's a good, cheap option if you can't find a curved sticker.  PM me if you're interested and I'll give you her contact.

IIRC he's an art student or a graphic designer.  He makes stickers for their annual car & motorcycle trip to Deals Gap.  He had even made some for the seat cowl that work great.

Actually I know a shop in Houston that makes the actual NFL helmet stickers. Let me see if I can find the info for you.
