I'm watching a little of the marathon

They need to call this show The Rocking Dead cause its great!

"The Vincent was like a bullet that went straight; the Ducati is like the magic bullet in Dallas that went sideways and hit JFK and the Governor of Texas at the same time."--HST    **"A man who works with his hands is a laborer.  A man who works with his hands and his brain is a craftsman.  A man who works with his hands, brains, and heart is an artist."  -Louis Nizer**

Good episode. Noticed lots more in the way of walkers and gore which is what everyone was craving yet trying to keep a good story going.

Looks like Carl stepped it up a little

I also noticed suppressed firearms.  Wonder where those came from.

Improvised!  Look at the sheriff's.   Its a mag-lite!

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I couldn't tell but it didn't look right. Neither did Carl's

Nice!

Great start to the season, nice drama/zombie-carnage balance.  [thumbsup]

Rick seems a lot more battle hardened this time around.

Didn't even need two seconds to think about cutting off the farmers leg.

Some nice head bustin' zombie killing action last night! [thumbsup] But what was up with the hatchet job on the vet's leg? Everyone is infected and if you get munched on by a zombie you are toast anyway. Right? What's the point? Other than good TV visual effects what was the purpose of hacking off his leg?

Am I over thinking a TV show again? [laugh]

Yeah. I agree. Where the hell did the suppressed semi auto handguns come from? Curious minds want to know. [popcorn] [bacon]
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.

Good point fastwin, a slight slip up from the writers I guess? Or maybe the argument can be the farmers weren't infected because of their distance from the city? They can't lose the doc. I have been trying to figure where those new weapons came from too. Maybe acquired from pillaging.
They didn't develop the samurai sword wielding character much for this episode.

Well it looks like there's a bit of a time jump from end of season 2 to this one. Look at how long Virgils hair is and how preggo Lori is. End of season 2 she was obviously with child, but now she's fit to burst.

Few weeks leaves time for side stuff like the DIY suppressors...
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

Ah, I missed a decent chunk at the beginning, hurray DVR, so I missed the obvious statements...
