Quick update-

Pretty much out of money :(  Checks should be here today.  It's a cycle that's getting a little old.  Spend everything we have, nervous for a while, tons of cash comes in.  Lather, rinse, repeat.

To short circuit the cycle Im trying to add as many qualified customers as I can.  I'm going to a purchasing fair next week that has some nice names there and a 2-1 supplier/buyer ratio.

Additionally one of my good customers really loaded us up for the next 4-5 weeks and they pay on time like clockwork.  And they normally supply material which is a big plus.

I also got hooked up with a rep that takes 5% on orders he gets me.  He covers about a 200 mile radius of where I am and seems to know everyone.  I've seen 4-5 drawings from his companys in the last 3 days (since I met the guy really) and quoted 3 of them.  Nice jobs if they come through.

The guy's like 70 years old and is quite the hustler.  I bet he's between a quarter and half million a year making his 5% based on what I gathered from our conversation.

Yeah we're pretty much at that point. Ill have to figure out the logistics so I'm not sitting on anyone's money too long.

Finding customers that pay on time seems to be becoming a national problem. We're constantly having to hold parts for "ransom" until someone finally pays up.

My two major customers pay on time. Its the new guy that's trouble.  We'll see how it goes.

New customers are cod first order now and net 30 after that. If they don't want to play, make the beast with two backs em.
