DOC trip to WV this past weekend

Here are a few of the bikes in front of Seneca Rock

It's nice out there, eh?  What route did you take?  Seneca Rocks is at the end of one of my WV routes.  We should meet up out there some time.
And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Here is the route we took

Honestly, those were some of the best roads I've ever been on.

I couldn't get over how nicely paved, banked and twisty those roads were.

I went out with the local DOC from Lancaster, PA area. It will most definitely become an annual trip for us though so I will keep you posted once we have plans for next season.  [thumbsup]

That stretch of 250 is pretty unreal, no?  I used to really like 33 until I ventured a little further down, and then found heaven.

Dang you guys!
No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

Don't be too upset.  It was a chilly 57 degrees up on those hills when I went through today.

At least you weren't sweating like a pig.   ;D     Not like some people in some places.

The stretch of 250 we did was my favorite part of the ride. It left nothing to be desired. Awesome technical turns up and down the mountain, great rhythm, long sweepers into the valleys, beautiful scenery, lots of passing lanes, no entrances onto the road, etc... that road has it all.

33 just past Brandywine lake was insane.

I think our trip for next year is proposed September 4-8. We'll see.

And to keep things on track... sorta
