I have his address and checked the Red Cross "search" function where people would list their names but he's not there.

I have a feeling that the next time we hear from RAT, he will be writing from his place down South.  Hoping thats the case.

Got gas today. It only took me 45min to get there and back   Drove my truck and parked next door. My wife and I got on the gas can line since its shorter. The car line was a mile long. I got 19 gallons had 2 -6 gallon tanks from my old boat, my wife had a 5 gallon and another 2 gallon. I hope this ends soon you can't get premium anywhere I really don't want to put regular in the new car.

Rat, wife and dog survived   Their house did too.  They have no electricity and won't for a while so they are headed upstate.  He should be posting up in the next day or two.

Thats the best news I've heard in a while! Glad he's OK.
