Great Service from BCM

I needed some parts for my M620. I called BCM today and Miles English in parts got the items out priority mail this afternoon.

Fantastic service needs to be recognized.  [thumbsup]

BTW, I am not associated w/ BCM in any way.
If you can remember the Sixties you weren't there.

Yeah, I really like BCM and Miles is always a huge help. He's fun to ride with, too.

I'm planning to head up to BCM this Friday to do a little bike shopping with my wife, who FINALLY rode the Monster then immediately demanded her own.

it's nice to see someone recognizing the good instead of the bad  :)
i myself have never visited bcm, but i've only heard good things about them...
oh, and they give a discount on the ducati bikini if you agree to model it for them  [laugh]

Most of the employees are great but stay away from the owner. An xemployee described him as having been born with a "silver spoon up his ass" & my experiences with him  agree.

Geez, Norm. Did BCM's owner frighten your mother when she was carrying you, or piss in your cornflakes some other way? Your jumping in with the same negative comment anytime BCM is mentioned seems to be almost as kneejerk as the ron and his legendary love of the 696.
