looks like that red wire going over to the battery isn't the only thing that's broke.  ;D

Btw. I fixed my transmission by putting enough ATF in it so that it shows on the stick.

Some of the shit that appears in there... just amazes me. The number of bifurcated or ground to the vents rotors that appear is just horrific. How the make the beast with two backs does anyone let a rotor go so long that long?

In California, this would also be known as, "Pull me over and check for C.A.R.B. compliance so you can impound this car."

Glad I don't live in Cali.  My bone stock '02 Dakota KEEPS it's CEL on.  I can usually get it reset just long enough (roughly 100 miles) to get the inspection.  It's kicking some kind of weird immobilizer code.  My truck doesn't even have an immobilizer installed.

I was thinking the sticker referred to the fact they had installed non-C.A.R.B. compliant performance enhancers such that now the engine throws a CEL all the time (or they pulled the bulb) and they are telling the world they have done this.

I used to own a 3rd gen RX-7, and I have ever lived in Cali.  That car actually limited the number of places I could live until I discovered Ducati.  Ducati stuff is kind of cheap in comparison... certainly easier to work on.
