Not that I'm any authority, but I dont see any rules broken here. So what gives YOU the right to move he be not heard?

If he wants to have a thread proclaiming idiocy I for one have no objection to that. Although I do think its a harsh self-judgement.

Badly timed insensitivity sure, but idiotic is perhaps a little harsh.
