After winning the championship in our city league, my 10 year old's team won our local soccer org's inter-city tournament (top 20 teams from Orange County).  Undefeated regular season, league champions (15-0, 67 goals for, 2 against).  Undefeated in round robin, District 3 champions (7-0, 21 goals for, 2 against).

Win or lose I was proud of her for how far she had come as a player this season.  Even more proud after persevering through the tournament with no subs on their team and coming away with a gold medal.
