I don't see why we couldn't buy our own grandstand packages, but the seats may be reserved, so to get them all together, we should buy as a group. Then there is the matter of deciding which hotel we are going to stay at - my preference is the cheapest one on the COTA list that is closest to the track, and I would like a roommate. I don't snore, BTW.

Yes, the seats are reserved, but all seats at Ducati Island are the same price... and do you really want to sit by me anyway?!?!?

As long as you don't snore during the races.
