Hey all,
Kirk
From Sydney
Riding a Monster Evo 1100
Been riding about 4 years...
looking for some help and information on exhaust changes at the moment. Found a set of termi's online for about $1800 USD which is a lot cheaper then the dealership (aprox $2600 USD). I want to know if you can do it at home or do you need the dealership computer to do this? is it plug and play? also does anyone know of any cheaper?

Thanks all!

welcome to the board. check out some of our sponsors to get a feel for pricing, and/or take a look at the parts for sale section if you might consider used..
Never wrestle with pigs. You both get dirty, and the pigs like it...

Post your question in tech. If you are handy and very careful and get the proper ECU with the kit, I believe it's largely plug-and-play but customizing the settings for your market via the speedo/display might require some tricks which are unnecessary with the dealer's diagnostic handheld.

You need MORE power???!!!  ;D Good luck and keep the rubber side down!

It's a great forum.
A full system, ecu, airbox mods, remap and the TB/trim adjustments will certainly enhance the performance. There is a search function that will show threads covering many options. Also check out bikeboy.org a generous site of shared information by Brad Black.

Little of that applicable to any new Monster with Siemens. And TPS can be set with the ignition key if necessary. Usually it resets all by itself.
