What are you referencing? The shooting of the wrong trucks? Yeah, that's no bueno. Bad set of circumstances. One of the vics came rolling onto a street blacked out in a dark colored crew cab (like the suspects) and threw something out the window at a guarded target location.

Hopefully they find this POS before he kills anyone else.

I agree with that generally but we of course don't have all the info.

Need isn't the point.

The fact the DA knows makes it public information IMO much like the video from dash cams, unless of course it's so damning the court seals it.
