In before the lock...  Nevermind double standards are in full effect...

What's your point Grifo?
"Once you accept that a child on the autistic spectrum experiences the world in
a completely different way than you, you will be open to understand how that
 perspective
is even more amazing than yours."
To realize the value of nine  months:
Ask a mother who gave birth to a stillborn.
"Don't piss off old people The older we get, the less 'Life in Prison' is a deterrent.”

Uncle Mofo

I believed the cop talk was a no no.
I do not believe that the shooting was justified, but everyone is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. I'm sure those detectives are on suspension now till the investigation is completed.
As for the brotherhood, there's no such of thing anymore.
I hope this tragedy will end soon with that psychopath dead or in custody. I pray that no more innocent people get hurt in the process.

No one is presumed innocent in the eyes of the police...you need to walk on the other side for a day or two

You would know better than I about the 'brotherhood'...there used to be loyalty in this world.

What set him off? He was a police officer. What happened?

1...I don't know...I think somethings wrong with the picture.

2...lack of loyalty? He was fired and then became a 'murderer'...let's be technically correct.

3...They assaulted two innocent citizens...they are criminals. When the police are held to the same standards as citizens then that argument will be valid. You said we don't have 'all' the info, not me...I have enough info to make up my mind....and you've made enough references to your buddy Boris and his paint work to make me think you think you know paint.

Stop insulting my intelligence.

You're not in control here...difficult for a cop...I know ;)

1. Exactly, you don't know.
2. Fine he was fired first. The order doesn't matter. He's not my brother. You really want people to be loyal to murderers? And I wasn't loyal or not loyal to him before, I didn't know him, never heard of him.
3. They shot at three innocent citizens, lets be technically correct. Then, learn the law, police procedure, and police policy. Or keep doing it as you are with just "enough" info to make up your mind. That's a great way to draw a conclusion. With bias and minimal information.

I referred Boris and said he does good work. If it's good enough for Moto GP its probably good enough. And I referred him to people that can drive into his shop instead of mailing you something.

Know your target, what's in line with it and what's behind it, 'never' shoot anything you haven't positively identified.

You can't be serious.

OK...

tell me how police procedure justifies firing at three innocent citizens...

and I'll still know just enough to know that they were wrong.

And you're right...I'm biased.

As do you.
I don't think so.

I can't be so hypocritical as to think that shooting at and wounding two innocent people is in any way OK or remotely justified regardless of any circumstance.

Or does that work in police procedure...kind of like collateral damage in military terms?

Keep in mind...we're not at war in this country, unlike our soldiers that are at war abroad.

Educate me.

BTW...you never responded as to how taking two in the back was OK.

I never it said it was okay. I said we don't have all the info. We can hypothetical this to death but there are circumstances that could (and have) lead to the wrong person being shot. It's easy to Monday morning quarterback any and every scene.

I know the shooter in this deal from when we worked together at another agency. He is literally the nicest, most ethical guy you'll ever meet. Bad things happen. Doesn't make the cop a criminal.

Collateral damage in the military is one thing. The military killing the wrong people is another.

Littering..eh. Creating a nuisance...shocker.  :)
