Guy buying a bike (I assume) from another guy at the Cameron Run Waterpark parking lot. Buyer takes a "test drive" around the lot, no gear and obviously NEVER rode a bike before. I thought he would make it but he dropped the bike right in front of the seller.

5:20-ISH pm on Thursday evening....commuting home in my ScoobyTruck I saw a black with red framed m796/m1100 with Termi's and the rider with black helmet and beyond that I couldn't distinguish as I had the sun in my face travelling the opposite way going by....he/she was sitting waiting in the left lane on River Rd in Potomac Village waiting at the light at Falls Rd headed in a South/Easterly direction...
