Flux Capacitor.

Not suspension gas can..
Not nitrous..
Not anything frame oriented as it's zip tied to the frame.

Breather mechanism might be the best guess. The bevel engine was very different than the belt heads but the breather was in a similar place (with the oil filter on TOP right in front of it...)

If you look at the left and right side shots, you can see a tube running from behind the rear brake reservoir up and toward the general direction of the top of the tube. That, combined with
