Also made some cutting boards out of cherry and maple scrap. Have about 7 cutting boards worth of scrap left then I need to get some projects together to make more cutting boards. LOL.

My 1962 Fisher 500C tube amp would look really nice on one of those.  ;)

I was thinking a pair of McIntosh MC-30 mono amps would do nicely. But in lieu of that, my pair of Adcom GFA-555s will have to do hehe.

Still waiting on my second Adcom to show up but I started setting everything up today...

I also updated/slightly modified the crossovers.
The originals looked like this: (electrolytic capacitors and small gauge inductors)

While the new ones look like this: (metallized polypropolene capacitors and much heartier inductors and better resistors)

That's the first one I did. So definitely a learning curve. The second one was much cleaner looking. I am amazed at how much of a difference the crossover upgrades made.

Nice! [thumbsup]

Thanks man!

Been watching your posts for a while. I just got started with blacksmithing, I'd be lying if I said some of your posts weren't the impetus for me wanting to take it up. So, thank you [thumbsup]

A friend wanted a tongue in cheek trophy for a bunch of friends who were riding their vintage bikes up the hill from Phoenix to Prescott, which had devolved into a good-natured pissing match about who's bike would be slowest - everyone claiming that their classic bike was WAY slower than anyone else's.  [laugh]

I knocked this together in about five minutes (amazing what you can do when you don't care enough to prep the welds):

And took about another ten to stamp out the title:

Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project.
