Dark here. I have the St Pats Dash, a 4 mile run, at 0840. Wish me well! Not sure I can run 4 miles yet. Just working back up to 3.  Fingers crossed, hope it stays dry.

coffee and peanut bacon jalapeno brittle is tasty . . .  2 pack are gone . . . need to hide . . .

half of kitchen work is done, windows are out of frame ready to be hosed down, dried and relubed . . . wife's having fun at living/dining room . . .

I ran the whole 4 miles! 38 minutes, almost 39  [beer]

The beer garden was to crowded and lines too long. Besides, it was cold out. 40 and a little windy. Came home and took a hot shower!

My next event is a true 5k. It will be easy!

Thats fast. The best I ever did was 11:20 in the Mile and a half. I was 22 then. Thought I was going to fall down. I cant run anymore. Knees & lower legs are no good. But If my knees are up to it I can still pack a 50lb Pack up the hill.

I remember my Jr High track couch saying it was a shame that I had such a beautiful running form because I was so lazy. I like running, and ran many miles in my youth. In Jr. High, I did not like the drills. Cross County was better.

I can do better and will! Went to Pike for lunch.  [drink]

Now I am going to lay on the couch and rest.

Thanks Stella! I really want a beer now but the only thing in my fridge is 8.6% and that would do me in. Why do I not have a nice lager? I might get enough energy to go get some. My local corner store has a great selection of PNW beers.

The run was fun!
