Around here that could by up 6 houses depending on the neighborhood you wanted to live in.

Some people have more $$ than brains, and the ones with brains have no $$.

I could buy about 6 dumps around here too, each bringing in about $400 a month as is. Seems like i have to be very careful with my money and some people have it to burn.

Cheap rent up here is twice that if'n you're lucky.  Outskirts of Albany NY - not L.A. or anything.  It's out of hand  [bang]

Its one of the reasons I moved here, not so much for the cheap rent but We were able to buy a commercial building with a little house for under $90k

Thats just a down payment where we were living. We rented the house for a while for $500 but last year we moved in because we needed more space in the Building.
