I always had good luck.

If I'm unhappy enough with a job situation to make me want to leave, I'm automatically happier in a new gig...

You may find an independent contractor to be better and cheaper than the ginormous corporate monster

Yea, don't have the time to do it that way.  BUT I would be curious to know about how you did yours if you acted as the contractor.  I've entertained that option, but my wife is scared of it.
