Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

Dilemma, job offer, out of the blue, technically more challenging and interesting, $10K less pay, ( 90k vs 80k ) same conditions, car, phone laptop etc. Working with a guy I know well and respect. Contract may end here August 31 so I could be out of a job then.
So stick around and see what happens and remain bored, or go back to what I know I'm good at?
Writing this down, I think I may have just convinced myself which way to jump.
No offense...

it's a no brainer...as long as the pay will increase over time...

even for a painter.

Good luck on the new gig.  ;D

EverNing.

Today pretty much sucked...  Balls fondled...  Finger up my ass...  Didn't even get dinner out of the deal. >:(

Vision is still 20/20.  [thumbsup]

Get to keep flying for at least another 6 months.  :)

One thing to consider, Stella...  At the new gig, will you be sharing an office with someone with the same level of awesomeness as now?

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

I think he has to do that regardless as long as he wants to be in an organization with a flight surgeon.

OK, got quote for parts needed to repair the Sachs MadAss 125 bike I got here, guy paid $800.00 already spent $350.00 in new[incorrectly jetted] carb, a rear master cylinder that doesn't build up pressure, plus my fees[$175.00] for the inspection and some materials that I have used already.

He needs: a jet kit, new cdi unit, rectifier, new rear master, fork seals[he supplied them], new ign switch, side stand safety switch, ign coil, wheel bearings, triple tree bearings set, shipping to Panama, import taxes and courier fees, almost a $900.00 this without my labor :o

Must also quote chain and sprockets . . .

think gonna make him an offer . . .

I reckon we could refine this a little, mixing valve so you can dial in your preferred mix, pressurised bottle behind, so you don't have to use any effort to get a drink. Multiple bottles, digital interface to PC so you can get your shots as you read the DMF, etc. etc.
