Rained all day here. 

On another note, it is just shy of 6 months since the ex walked out.  I have my up and downs. Trying to get out of the house at least once a week, running 3 miles now, and trying not to talk to the dog or drink too much. Don't always succeed. Had some great words of encouragement from a dmf member yesterday. Thank you. 

Life is ups and downs no matter how good or bad you think it is.

In other news...

the kitten factory is shut down.

All our female cats have been spayed.

The male will get done next month.

Six months is a big milestone.  You made it this far! And it's gotten a tiny bit easier yes?  (I hope!  If not, you better speak up.)  Good to hear you're making all the plans.  You and Diva and I HAVE to meet for a 5 or 100k sometime.

And DMF'ers are the shizz.   

And it's spring and bicycle riding is also the shizz.

And a beer break during bicycle riding is the shizz.

And it's Friday tomorrow which is most definitely the shizz.

And I'm famished.  Not so much the shizz.


   

Tomorrow is opening day for the Colorado Rockies.

Supposed to be 70* & sunny.

Would be a good day to play hooky.

Thats the funniest thing I've read since everybody moved here from the DML...

It was warm enough to take Najee for a walk yesterday....

1 1/2 miles and my hands didn't light up with pins and needles until I was 5 houses from my front door.....

we both were in heaven sucking in good air and getting the muscles loosened
