rant

boss/company owner calls saying a customer complaint that the installation service took too long . . . I then explained that said customer had called in saying "can't connect to bike" when I connected to his PC remotely, I noticed he had not even downloaded or installed the software in his PC so I proceeded to do so; after that came the system setting up, he had so many anti virus, firewalls active and didn't know how to disable them that I had to do it . ..  yes, almost 4 hours, but, doode, do your part and don't lie when you request tech support, I am not a nanny!!!
anyways, I got a reprimand for a service that we should not do but do since the company did 'educate' customers that we would do 'everything' for them . . .

end of rant
