I bought the Volbeat Beyond Hell DVD along with the CD when it first came out from their home land, they sent me two, I told them to send the funds and I would return it, they said keep it.  The Ducati story, Ian Falloon (large hard cover) was a gift of which I already had.  I have to get shipping for the book, UPS.
