there are people and there are people, why the hell would you purchase an almost $4k diagnostic system and have no clue on even how to use a computer? and then saying, 'i think i will return this, is no good to me if i don't know how to use it' . . . not my fault, it states in the micro-site, Professional, not 'i want an expensive thing that i can't use' . . .

back to the forum, knight, did you receive the link I sent? are you set on staying in the city of brotherly love? i might not be in the US, but, who knows, maybe in a conversation with a customer something comes up . . .
