Anyway, my wife got over it relatively quick after she sent her "getting it off my chest" email. I thought she was gonna send the guy a pic of her boobs, but it turned out to be about her "feelings" and shit.

having previously been and admin on a couple forums, sometimes someone can get banned by mistake when an IP based ban is used.  If an admin bans an IP or subnet, it can sometimes pull in people who did nothing wrong.

invariably someone who is banned by mistake becomes exceedingly irate and no amount of explaining and apologizing soothes their ruffled feathers.


not sure if that's what happened, just throwing it out as a possible explanation.
